Brittany Cavaco is a professional Ballet dancer and instructor. She grew up in Rhode Island where she trained under the Russian Vagonova Method of Ballet, before going on to perform professionally. She has danced with The Washington Ballet, English National Ballet, and Los Angeles Ballet, as well as performed at iconic stages worldwide including, The Kennedy Center, Royal Albert Hall, and The Dolby Theater. On Social Media Brittany (aka @TheBallerina) is known for sharing iconic photos and videos of herself dancing all over the world. Through social media she hopes to educate and inspire new dancers to start their own dance journeys. Brittany is a huge advocate for body positivity and diversity in Ballet.
