Lyle Beniga

Before Lyle Beniga became a household name in the dance world, his passion was first born from social dancing at his hometown of Waldorf, MD and the surrounding D.C. metropolitan area. He started getting more serious about dance in college then moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dance career. Since then, Lyle has performed with artists including Justin Timberlake, Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Missy Elliot, The Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, and Justin Bieber. He’s choreographed for films like “Fame” and for major Korean music groups like Taeyang, BTS, and EXO. Throughout the past 10+ years of his dance career, Lyle has continued to teach dance workshops all over the world. His fluid style draws from his cultural and community upbringing, as well as his experiences touring, performing, teaching, and exchanging with other dancers. He encourages his students to find their own character, intent, and connection to the music to make their performance come alive.
