Originally from Stockton, CA, Markus first started exploring dance in 2008 through B-boying, Popping and C-walking. Watching dance videos on YouTube inspired him to further experiment with choreography and freestyle. During his last year in NorCal, he joined a local collegiate team called Rhythm Inc. After graduating from high school in 2012, Markus moved to Los Angeles. For the next 3 years, Markus trained and competed with ACA and GRV. In 2016, he created Synchronicity, a group dedicated to interconnectedness and collaborative creation. He currently dances on Academy of Villains.
